Frazier Forman Peters, who lived and worked in and around Westport CT from 1919 to 1936, was recognized by the Westport Historical Society. WHS honored Peters’ work with an historic designation for his houses of stone. A celebration and exhibition his work was held from October 2, 2011 through January 4, 2012 at the WHS.

Peters authored 6 books on quality design and construction, two of which are unpublished. 'All Kinds of People' contains witty observations and vignettes about his work and clients, and 'Untitled', includes his thoughts about small town preservation.

Bob Weingarten, a Westport realtor and WHS volunteer, and Laura Blau AIA, architect and granddaughter of F. F. Peters, researched, wrote and published a book on Frazier Forman Peters’ life and houses in the Westport Township for the exhibition.

They completed a successful Kickstarter fundraising campaign. Many thanks for your help in preserving Frazier Forman Peters' legacy.
